Private Montana Redonda Half Day Tour with Horseback Riding 

Our tour starts picking you and your party up in a comfortable van or minibus directly from the lobby of your hotel. Thanks to the new highway it takes roughly 1 hour to reach the destination of Miches from most of the resorts in Punta Cana, passing through the areas of Macao and Uvero Alto. During the ride you can sit back and relax as you’ll enjoy incredible views, while the tour guide will provide you interesting info regarding the area of Miches and the whole East Coast.

Once reached the main destination of our tour, from the van you’ll move aboard a safari-truck where you’ll begin to climb the hills of Montana Redonda, reaching heights that will allow you to see all the silhouettes of the Bay of Samana. Nature lover will definitely enjoy the luscious green of surroundings that stand in great contrast with the turquoise blue water of the ocean. Breathtaking!

Have a sit and relax! There is plenty of space to do so. You’ll have hammocks and seats, but also some crazy swings that take you over the edge, for those who dear. There are photographers that offer their services to take fun memories back home, from riding a broom like a witch to sitting on a swing with the feeling of touching the sky!

To continue this exciting journey we will discover a beautiful, wild and exclusive virgin beach, Playa Limon (Lemon Beach). Playa Limón is a 3km-long, isolated, Atlantic beach lined with coconut trees leaning into the ocean. Here you will fall in love with its majestic waves and dive into its warm waters. Don’t forget to bring your swimwear! You will be dazzled by this hidden treasure and you’ll be offered to enjoy a refreshing “cocoloco”, a drink made with coconut water, coconut milk and rum.

The adventure doesn’t end! Imagine a romantic horseback ride along the shores of this beautiful and deserted beach, feeling the refreshing cool breeze on your face. At the end of the tour, you and your party will be driven back to your hotel in Punta Cana.

• The climb of Montana Redonda is not a smooth ride as the road gets quiet bumpy, therefore you have to be in good physical conditions.
• Pregnant women and people with back problems can’t participate in this tour.

In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.

Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.

In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.

This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
